WPP’s Onefluence selected by L’Oréal Canada for Influencer Marketing mandate

TORONTO, [May 22, 2024] — WPP’s Onefluence has been selected by L’Oréal Canada as its Influencer Marketing partner of record following a competitive review process. This new partnership with L’Oréal Canada represents an expanded partnership between the Onefluence team and L’Oréal, who currently work together in the UK, Germany, Italy, Greece, Romania, Indonesia and the Philippines.

Created for L’Oreal, WPP’s Onefluence will provide an elevated approach to influencer marketing to meet L’Oréal Canada’s unique needs and audience scale across its portfolio of brands, providing a deep understanding of the social media landscape, with a focus on creating trends rather than following them.

WPP’s Onefluence offers a full-service network that boasts the most sophisticated Influencer Marketing expertise, providing strategic, creative, content, and influencer management needs at a global scale. In Canada, WPP’s Onefluence will be represented by teams from award-winning agencies Ogilvy PR and Hill & Knowlton.

Marc Dicko, Vice-President and Chief Digital and Marketing Officer at L’Oréal Canada, said: "Innovation is at the heart of everything we do at L'Oréal. We're excited to be working with WPP Onefluence, a uniquely collaborative partner who shares our passion for pushing boundaries and exploring new possibilities in the world of beauty and advocacy.”

Arthur Fleischmann, Country Manager, WPP in Canada, said: “WPP and L’Oréal already share a strong working relationship in several markets worldwide, and we’re thrilled to add Canada to that list. L’Oréal is a brand that continues to push the boundaries of today’s beauty industry, and we look forward to innovating together to deliver industry-leading work in the Canadian market through our shared values of passion, entrepreneurship, excellence, and responsibility.”
